Refund Policy

Refund Policy (Updated December 7, 2025): OptiLine R&D provides technical and service-based work including consultations, pilot runs, evaluations, and process testing, therefore payments made for services are generally non-refundable once work has begun. Any cancellations must be requested in writing prior to the scheduled service date and may be subject to cancellation fees. In situations where OptiLine R&D has not yet started work, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion. If samples, materials, or third-party services have already been ordered or prepared on behalf of the client, related costs are non-refundable.
