OptiLine R&D does not operate as an e-commerce shipping provider. Any physical samples, pilot batches, or materials sent to clients are arranged on a case-by-case basis. Shipping methods, timelines, and associated costs will be discussed and confirmed in writing prior to shipment.

Whenever applicable, clients may choose to use their own shipping accounts or preferred carriers. OptiLine R&D is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss that occurs once items have been transferred to the shipping carrier.
